National Business Development Manager
After spending an extensive amount of time with the New Zealand Police, Nickys last two years of her Police career was in Education. It was there that she was able to educate the Students on the impact that decisions, good or bad have. After leaving the Police she become one of the early technicians in on site testing, then mentoring and training new employees, with her vast amount of time testing giving her hands on experience this made her one of the leaders on training, Nicky then joined WorkCare and helped implement WorkCares educational and Training packages.

She is involved in Drug and Alcohol Policy design and development from Small Business through to larger Companies. Also responsible for Training and Education both at corporate level and for employees. Like all at team WorkCare she see that a safer working environment, will reflect within the Family, our Children and our Community as a whole.
