Branch Supervisor
As part of our BHAG to be a national provider, we welcome Greg Weller to the mix. Stationed in Christchurch, Greg’s role will be to build the WorkCare brand in the South Island.

Greg comes to us with a multitude of different business experiences, most recently as the Business Development Manager, for Youthtown Inc, a not for profit organisation set up to cater for the Social, Physical and Creative experiences for our young people.

Other industries Greg has been associated with range from General Manager of the Poenamo Hotel on Auckland’s North Shore to National Operations manager for Valentines restaurants.

During his time he has developed and array of skills, however he will tell you that the most important of all is the development of mutually beneficial supplier relationships. He often refers to the quote from Henry Ford who said “If you think the customer is not important, then try doing without them for 90 days.

Customer relations is a critical success factor to any business and I will be aiming to provide uncompromising customer service from the outset he says.

Getting to know our clients’ needs and expectations builds trust and transparency between the two, maximising the relationship and creating Win Win outcomes.
